"Born again" - What does this really mean?

How many times have you heard as part of our Christian dialogue when did you get or become born again? We have heard it many times and we have probably even repeated it but have we studied it? I fear that the church today has less and less people who are asking the questions that need to be asked, which comes from in depth study that needs to take place.
